In order to focus on our core business of website development and design, Blue Note Web Services no longer offers hosting services in-house. We have found that it is simply not cost-effective for a company of our size to offer high quality hosting with around-the-clock support. Through the many different clients who we’ve worked with, we’ve seen many different web hosts of varying quality – some are great and some are not-so-great. Some are downright terrible. Consider your options carefully before making a decision on a web host!
While there are many quality hosting companies, below are two recommendations. In the interest of full disclosure please be aware that we do receive a small commission if you do sign up for a new account based on our recommendation.
If your site will be simple with minimal requirements and low traffic, we recommend DreamHost.

DreamHost is a leader in low-priced hosting with high bandwidth limits. However, as in most things, you get what you pay for! If your website is mission-critical and must be up and running at full speed at all times, DreamHost is not for you! For those websites, we recommend LiquidWeb:

LiquidWeb is more expensive, but is a higher-quality operation overall. Compared to DreamHost, your site will be faster, with higher uptime and faster support (from techs who speak English!). If your site has exceptionally high traffic or will be very complicated, we recommend you consider their managed Virtual Private Server and Dedicated Server offerings.
